Singapore - September 2018
Rodrigo had the joy of doing what he loves by playing and encouraging the student body of the Singapore Bible College.
He was invited to play at two of the oldest Catholic Churches and given the opportunity to share his testimony.
The Classical Singapore Guitar Foundation also had an evening featuring Rodrigo.
Hungary - November 2018
The doors were opened for Rodrigo and Mary to have two concerts at a charter school that was perviously owned by the Russian government. There were 300 students between ages 8 – 15 years old.
Rodrigo was invited to do concerts for a Calvary Chapel and Baptist Church.
Czech Republic - December 2018
December started with a 6 city concert tour. The Baptist Union of the Czech Republic help organize the concerts to be mostly in Cilvic and Concert Halls where non-christians would come to celebrate the season.
It was amazing to see each night how the true story of why we celebrate came through the music and testimony. One of the most ironic things that happened at a concert was a gentleman who came up to Rodrigo and said how surprised that here he thought he was going to a secular event and heard the gospel and in his own home church they were having a “Pop Star” that night. He was so happy to have been able to celebrate with the music and testimonies.
In the city of Banska Bystrica Rodrigo was invited to the Music Conservatory to speak to the students, he then ask them to come to his night concert. Many of then came.
In all around 3000 heard the gospel and 150 made a decision to know the Lord.
A journalist from the only national christian magazine came to one of the concerts to interview Rodrigo. He put Rodrigo on the cover with a 4 page write up. The magazine is called Zivot Viry, it would be like Christianity Today for us in the states.
What's Next?
JULY 2019
Rodrigo has been invited to churches in England and Scotland for evangelistic concerts.
SEPTEMBER 2019
The Philippines Guitar Foundation has invited Rodrigo to be the guest artist for their annual festival. He will also be sharing at the Bible Association of the Philippines and several churches.
OCTOBER 2019
Two major evangelical concerts will be in Cuenca, Ecuador. Musicians from Fellowship Greenville will be a part of these events. Mary will be part of a Ladies conference.
